Toys to Keep the Mind Sharp
Loopz by Mattel is really a fun game and anyone who remembers the Merlin game will enjoy this new take on a memory game. The idea of the game is to follow the pattern of the Loopz that flash and play a tune by inserting your hand into the Loopz in the right order, breaking the motion sensor field. The pattern gets longer and faster as you get more correct. After three missed attempts, the game is over and you have to start again. There are seven different games that can be played with one or more players.
Scrabble Flash by Hasbro is a new take on the classic game of scrabble with no board required. Instead of the board, the players use five tiles to create words between 3 and 5 letters long. The flash cubes know when a word is formed and even keep score. Scrabble Flash has 3 different games to play alone or with a group and this is great to help with quick thinking skills and. Not recommended for children under 3-years-old because of the potential choking hazard but all other ages will welcome this new twist on a favorite game.

Toddler Toys Develop More Than Fun
Toddler toys like Stride to Ride Dino and Ocean Wonders Sights and Sounds Table are great developmental toys for young minds and bodies. It is always helpful when toys teach children without them even realizing it because they are focused on the fun.
Stride to Ride Dino is made by Fisher Price and is designed to grow with the child. It starts out as a stand behind walker. The front and back legs have wheels at the bottom and the child holds onto the handlebars that are behind the dino’s head. When the child has grown a little more; the back legs close to make a seat for riding. They use their feet to roll along on the floor. Stride to Ride Dino is sure to be a favorite gift for any toddler.
Sing-A-Ma-Jigs Are a Toy for All Ages
This toy is made by Fisher Price and each one sings its own tune. There are eight different colors to choose from but many people are buying in groups of two or more because of the interaction between them. In addition to singing alone or in the group, these toys will also chatter amongst themselves.
This has made this toy popular with kids of all ages and collecting them has become difficult as they are flying from store shelves and internet sites quickly. The price of Sing-A-Ma-Jigs is very reasonable which has allowed people to purchase them before the Christmas shopping season.
LEGO's the Perfect Christmas Gift for Boys
LEGO's are a great gift idea for the boys on your Christmas shopping list. They are very versatile and can be a lot of fun for any child who likes to build things. One nice thing about LEGO's is that there are no batteries and no video games.
This is the type of toy that can help a child develop their imagination by allowing them to build anything. The price range of LEGO sets also make them the perfect gift idea for anyone who has a spending limit.
Whether they want one of the LEGO hot toys for 2010, like the Minotaurus Game, or just want something fun to play with, LEGO's will make the perfect gift for the boys on your Christmas List.
